How can the price be flat when every bathroom is different?
The three photos you send up front (fan, switch, ceiling) tell us the model, the wiring, and the access. We confirm the tier and the price before we book. If something on arrival is bigger than the booked tier, we re-quote first — we never quietly pad the invoice.
My house is pre-1990 with a textured ceiling — can you still swap it?
We don’t cut into suspect asbestos-era “popcorn” ceilings. We’ll point you to a quick asbestos test first; once it’s cleared, we install. Safety isn’t a corner we cut.
My fan vents into the attic — can you just replace it?
No code-compliant fan dumps moist air into the attic — that’s what grows mould and rot. That job is our Full Vent (Tier 3), where we run a new duct properly vented outside.
What’s the warranty?
Every install carries our 2-year workmanship warranty, and the fan keeps its manufacturer warranty. If you supply your own fan, you get the workmanship warranty on our labour but no warranty on the product itself.
Why do you need three photos?
The fan/grille shows the size and type, the wall switch shows the wiring and controls, and the ceiling shows access and condition. Together they let us give you a firm price before we ever knock on the door.
Do the prices include GST?
Prices shown are in Canadian dollars; 5% GST is added at checkout. No other hidden fees — the flat rate is the flat rate.
